If you have taken some time to look around our website, you will have noticed that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in and stand behind our candles and we want you to love our candles just as much.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all unused candles and melts. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the candle in those 7 days, contact us and we will give you instructions on where to return it to. 2-3 weeks from us receiving the product, your money will be back in your bank account, minus shipping charges. No hassles. All we ask is that you tell us what was wrong with the candle.

If your candle arrived damaged, take a couple of pictures of the damages and email them to Customer.Service@MR-Candle.com along with your order number or a copy of your receipt and we will ship out a replacement candle at no charge to you.

If you do not receive your candle, email us with your order number and we will ship you another, if we cannot track it down.
