Orders and Shipping
We will ship you order within 48 hours. Domestics shipments should arrive in 2-3 business days.
Select My Account from the above menu and register. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. Which you can then change at My Account > Account Details.
Your shipping address can be changed from My Account > Addresses
You can see the status of the orders from My Account. Once the order ships, you will be emailed the invoice/packing slip with the tracking details on it.
We do not keep any credit card information on file. All payments go through Stripe and they forward the payment onto us.
Sales tax is automatically applied if you live in a state that requires us to charge for it?
As of this moment, we are only actively shipping to North America. However we can ship just about anywhere.
All orders are shipped together, unless you have pre-ordered an item. In which case it will be shipped when it is released.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns within 7 days of the shipping ticket being created. As long as the candle has not been used. See our Refund policy for a more in depth answer.
No worries, simply take a picture of the candle you received and email it to us, along with your order number and we will get the correct one out to you.
Not a problem. Take pictures of the damages and email them to us along with the order number and we will send you a replacment.

Call or email us as soon as possible and we will stop the shipment and update with the correct address.
As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we will do everything we can to you are satisfied with your purchase.
Yes, you can backorder any sold out candle as well as pre-order any upcoming candle release. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified of the upcoming candle releases.
